Before you ask.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link, and your page opens in their browser.
What happens if I change my page address?
The QR code keeps working. It points to a permanent ID, and the old address redirects to the new one.
Can customers pay on the page?
No. With cart ordering on, customers send their order to your WhatsApp number and you agree payment and delivery with them directly.
How do the LBP prices work?
You enter USD prices. The LBP price is calculated from the exchange rate, and you can set your own rate and rounding.
Can I undo a mistake after publishing?
Yes. Each publish is a saved version, so you can roll back to an earlier one. Bulk price changes can be undone too.
What if my plan expires?
Your dashboard becomes read-only and your data is kept, so you can renew later. See the Terms of Service for the details.
